USB Photo Transfer — Privacy Policy

Introduction

USB Photo Transfer is built and published by BOLD700. We respect your privacy and have designed this app to keep your data on your device.

What we do not collect

• We do not collect any personal data.
• We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
• We do not share data with any third parties.
• We do not upload your photos, videos, or any other content to a server.
• We do not require an account.

What the app accesses on your device

• Photo library access (only when you grant permission): used solely to let you pick the photos and videos you want to copy. Nothing is sent off the device.
• External storage access (when you select a folder via the system file picker): used solely to write the files you selected to that location.
• Local notifications (only if you grant permission): used to notify you when a transfer finishes while the app is in the background.

All transfers happen locally between your iPhone and the external storage device you selected. Nothing leaves your device.

Data storage

The app does not store personal data. Selected files are read briefly during the copy operation and not retained by the app afterwards.

The app does store, locally on your device, simple counters (total items transferred, total transfers completed) so you can see your usage statistics in Settings. These counters are not transmitted anywhere.

Your rights

You can:

• Revoke photo library access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.
• Revoke notification permission at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications.
• Delete the app, which removes all locally stored data.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data because we do not collect personal data at all.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
